摘要
To explore factors on the synthesis of 1-deoxynojirimycin in tissue culture mulberry seedling,we investigated the effect of medium compositions on the 1-deoxynojirimycin content in mulberry leaves using method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that increment of the concentrations of fructose and inorganic salt,and decrement of phosphate concentration in MS were propitious to the synthesis and accumulation of the 1-DNJ in mulberry leaf.The Fe2+ concentration of medium had a significant influence on the 1-DNJ content.The 1-DNJ couldn't be synthesized if the medium is absent of Fe2+.But the Fe2+ concentration increased from 0.05 to 0.20 mmol/L,the 1-DNJ content was reduced significantly.The existence of Aicotinic acid and VB6in the medium inhibited the synthesis of the 1-DNJ,while the Mg2+,inosital,VB1 and glycin had no significant effect.
