In article number 1900484, Juan Du, Yu Chen, Yuxin Leng, and co-workers fabricate ultrathin, core–shell structured CsPbMnX3@SiO2 (X=Cl, Br) quantum dots (QDs) by slowly hydrolyzing tetraethoxysilane at room temperature, showing high water and thermal stability, which reveals that these QDs are suitable as color-conversion materials. White light-emitting diodes fabricated with CsPbMnX3@SiO2 and CsPbBr3 quantum dots exhibit a high color rendering index of 91 at 10 mA.
