摘要
In recent years, the activation of otherwise inert C–H bonds has been recognized as a viable strategy to synthesize complex building blocks. Enantioselective C–H activations offer great potential for the atom- and step-economical transformations for the construction of chiral molecular motifs, with utmost importance to the material science, and pharmaceutical industry. Herein, we summarize the recent progress in metal-catalyzed enantioselective C–H activation reactions. Current strategies, limitations, and future directions of this rapidly evolving research area are also addressed in a concise manner.
