摘要
AlCoCrFeNi HEA coatings with iron-based amorphous powder mass fractions of 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, and 15% were fabricated on 316L stainless steel by laser cladding technique. The microstructure, phase composition, microhardness, and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were analyzed by various characterization techniques. The results showed that the addition of iron-based amorphous powder has a significant influence on the crystal structure, phase, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings, but the presence of excessively high of iron-based amorphous powder will disorder the crystal structure, which reduces the microhardness of the composite coatings.
