A highly efficient catalyst is of great practical significance for improving Haber-Bosch (H-B) technology. Recently, in Science, Chorkendorff, Nørskov, and coworkers theoretically and experimentally demonstrated a spin-mediated promotion mechanism of magnetic materials for enhanced ammonia synthesis.
