摘要
Biosensor based on surface functionalized MXene for sensitive enzymatic glucose detection is reported. We intentionally generate a few defects and increase surface hydroxyl groups on the surface of MXene-Ti3C2Tx as binding sites for the bioreceptor immobilization. The biosensor utilizes the excellent electrical conductivity and abundant active sites of functionalized MXene, providing a transfer channel for the electrons generated by the redox reaction between glucose oxidase (GOx) enzyme and glucose. The sensor exhibits a high sensitivity up to 5.1 A/A for 10 mM glucose. Furthermore, we developed a glucose data collection and sharing system based on a cloud platform, ensuring the sensor detection error controlled within 10%. Therefore, the surface functionalized MXene reported in this work is emerged as a potential candidate for electrochemical biosensors.
