摘要
Raspberry like BaTiO3 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by rotary evaporation reaction. The structure and morphology of the nanoparticles were studied. The effects of BaTiO3 on the antibacterial properties of Escherichia coli before and after polarization were compared. The d33 values of samples with different alkali contents were determined. Through Gaussian calculations, the formation mechanism of raspberry like BaTiO3 was revealed. Moreover, the surface charge of BaTiO3 was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics. ESR spectroscopy revealed the reactive oxygen species production.
