摘要
The enhancement of energy storage devices performance can be achieved through the modification of electrode material surfaces. Specifically, optimizing cathode materials is pivotal in enhancing the performance of Lithium-Ion Batteries (LIBs), including aspects like specific capacity and cycling stability. Diverse methods are being employed to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries. This chapter examined different coating methods for enhancing the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) and their impact on the cathode. It also outlines the latest research progress and the future of energy storage and surface modification approaches.
