Comparison of survival outcomes for patients with Lynch vs non‐Lynch syndrome and microsatellite unstable colorectal cancer treated with immunotherapy

In a retrospective study of patients with Lynch syndrome vs non‐Lynch syndrome and microsatellite instability high colorectal cancer, there were no observed differences with immune checkpoint inhibitors toward progression‐free survival or overall survival. Univariate analysis of Stage IV patients showed BRAF V600E mutations were associated with decreased survival.
