Significantly improved thermoelectric performance of SnSe originating from collaborative adjustment between valence and conduction bands, mass fluctuations, and local strain
In this investigation, environmentally friendly, low cost, and easy to synthesize In Sn and V Sn co-doped SnSe was designed, which achieves 1.3 of ZT at 773K via quality fluctuation, local strain and dual regulation of valence and conduction band.
