摘要
The Ni/Pb(Zr, Ti)O 3 /Ni trilayers have been prepared by electroless deposition. The structure of Ni deposited onto PZT with various crystal cuts is evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The cross-section of the Ni/PZT/Ni trilayers are investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The characterization and quantification of the elements are carried out using an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The friction, film hardness and elastic modulus of the structure are characterized by Micro Material Nano Test Vantage. The structure hysteresis loop is tested through the magneto-electric-elastic coupling coefficients test system. The best experimental conditions can be found in this article by changing the pH value and reducing agent.
