We make absolute measurements of the second-order nonlinear-optical coefficients of LaBGeO 5 at the fundamental wavelength of 532 nm using the wedge technique. The obtained values, d 11 = 0.55, d 22 = 1.41, d 33 = 1.15, d 31 = d 32 = 0.75 pm/V, are inconsistent with previous measurements at 1064 nm.
