Oropharyngeal Necrotizing Fasciitis in a Previously Healthy Patient

This case report describes a man in his 60s with no notable medical history who presented with severe, progressive dysphagia and odynophagia and was subsequently diagnosed with oropharyngeal necrotizing fasciitis of the right tonsil.
