Bimetallic-atoms improved Ni3S2 bifunctional electrocatalysts for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction and overall water splitting performance

An efficient bifunctional Ni 3 S 2 –Fe–Ni electrocatalyst was prepared by two-step methods. DFT calculations indicate that the adsorption energy of the catalyst for overall water-splitting was modulated due to the introduction of Fe and Ni atoms.
