Career Planning System Based on Matching Optimization Algorithm

Each occupation has its own nature and content, and the requirements for incumbents are also different. The purpose of this paper is to study the design and implementation of career planning system based on matching optimization algorithm. The system requirements are analyzed, and according to the requirements and combined with the existing computer software technology, a set of software systems suitable for the career planning work of colleges and universities in my country are proposed. Secondly, combined with the matching algorithm, new problems are raised for the further development of the career planning management system and resolve it. Finally, combining theory with practice, relying on Web server, MySQL and other technologies, taking university employment as practical application, combining the two, put forward a feasible career planning system to better serve the career planning of college students.
