In Reply We thank Mohyuddin et al for their thoughtful comments. They compare our findings on newly diagnosed patients with high-risk multiple myeloma (HRMM)1 to 2 similar meta-analyses.2,3 These studies were published shortly before ours and therefore were not discussed in our article.
