摘要
The experiment adopted ultrasonic-assisted technology to improve extraction rate of polysaccharides from Tricholoma matsutake in Meng mountain. On the base of the single factor test,in order to obtain the optional technology conditions of extraction rate of polysaccharides,orthogonal test were done and analyzed on extraction temperature,ratio of liquid to raw material,extraction time and ultrasonic power. The optional technology conditions were as follows:extraction temperature was 90℃,ratio of liquid to raw material was 20mL/g,extraction time was 15min and ultrasonic power was 180W. The extraction rate of polysaccharides from Tricholoma matsutake in Meng mountain was 11.05% under the optimal extraction technology.
