Bulk single crystal growth and optoelectronic properties of the quasi-two-dimensional perovskites (CH3NH3)3Bi2X9 (X− = Br− and I−)

Single crystals of MA 3 Bi 2 X 9 (X = Br, I) with quasi-two-dimensional structures were successfully grown and the relationship between the compositions, dimensionality, and properties were discussed.
