摘要
Organosilanes, extensively employed as nucleophiles in coupling reactions, have seen limited application in the catalytic regioselective addition to unsaturated hydrocarbons. In this study, we present a microwave-assisted, palladium-catalyzed conjugate addition reaction involving arylsilanes and activated alkynes. This methodology for the catalytic functionalization of alkynes with organosilicon reagents offers a straightforward route to creating multisubstituted alkenes, boasting high regioselectivity. This efficient and versatile reaction tolerates a broad range of functional groups and substrates, heralding a potent new avenue in synthetic strategy.
