In recent years, the pollution caused by electromagnetic (EM) wave radiation has arisen, which seriously affects the operation of precision electric devices and posts a threat to people's health. Metal as a traditional electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding material has been gradually replaced by conducting polymer composites. Considering that low density is an important technical requirement for practical application, polymer nanocomposites with porous structure have been paid more attention. This chapter is narrowly concentrated on the various approaches for fabricating thermosetting polymer nanocomposite foams (open-cell and closed-cell foams) with EMI shielding performance. Porosity and cellular structure are found to be effective in providing outstanding EMI shielding by absorption. The cell size and cell morphology are greatly affected by the dispersity of nanofillers. The development of thermosetting nanocomposite foams with ordered structure is the future trend to control the attenuation of incident EM wave.
