摘要
The purpose of this study is to systematically investigate the problems felt by tourists visiting domestic theme parks. In addition, it is intended to comprehensively analyze ways to develop domestic theme parks. This study was conducted through a focus group, and a total of 14 interview participants presented the following opinions: It was found that tourists who prefer to visit the theme park value large parking facilities and convenient transportation. In addition, it was found that the friendly service of the employees working in the theme park helps to create a positive image for tourists. Tourists were also interested in the facilities of the theme park, and it was found that they prefer to use new rides. Tourists were found to value service facilities such as toilets and restaurants because they spent a long time at the theme park, and it was found that they wanted a clean bathroom and a restaurant that provided a variety of menus. The companies that operate the theme park play an important role in improving the intention to revisit by accurately grasping and providing what tourists want. Securing many regular customers is necessary for the stable profit of the theme park. The results of this study provide practical implications for the efficient development of theme parks.
