摘要
Ionic liquids can promote the partial exfoliation of carbon nitride (g-C3N4), forming 3D hydrogels, as described by Hui Xu, Pulickel M. Ajayan, and co-workers in article number 1700653. These hydrogels essentially “freeze” the nanosheets in the delaminated state, avoiding re-stacking. Nanostructures are successfully translated to the macroscale by constructing gas sensors, which exhibit significant room-temperature sensitivity and low power consumption.
