Applicative Research of Data-mining Algorithm in Electronic Medical Record System

Based on the analysis of various data-mining algorithms and the cases of illness from one community hospital, we study the application of the data-mining algorithm to electronic medical records. Combining two common medical records-hypertension and hysteromyoma, a comparative analysis result of different data-mining models is summarized for the characteristics and applicable scope of various algorithms to establish a mining model. The result shows that the model is suitable for the above common diseases and available to medical personnel. It also helps to improve residents' prevention ability, assist doctors' diagnosis, and improve hospital management.
