摘要
The components from the leaves of Vatica mangachpoi Blanco were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,C18 chromatography and HPLC.Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties,spectral data of 1H NMR and literatures.Thirteen compounds including bergenin(1),1,3,4/2,5-cyclohexanpentaol(2),3-(1-C-β-D-glucopyranosly)-2,6-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid(3),friedelin(4),friedelinol(5),lupeol(6),4-tert-butyl-methoxybenzene(7),4-methoxy-benzoic acid(8),di-isobutyl phthalate(9),dibutylphthalate(10),ursolic acid(11),β-sitosterol(12) and β-daucosterol(13) were separated and identified from 75% ethanol extract of leaves from Vatica mangachpoi Blanco.Compounds 2-9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.Compound 1 was one of main bioactive components from Vatica mangachpoi Blanco to protect liver.
