Photoacoustic spectroscopy was applied for the rapid quantitative determination of acephate residues in chives. Different concentrations of acephate were used to collect photoacoustic spectroscopy. Spectral scanning range was 300 ~700 nm,and the modulation frequency was 5~200 Hz. The results showed that the linear range was 0.00~8.75 μg / m L with correlation coefficient of 0.998 1,and detection limit was 0.013 μg / m L. There was good reproducibility and no significant difference with high performance liquid chromatography method. This study can provided a rapid method for the analysis of pesticide residues in leaf vegetables.
