摘要
Targeted Photothermal Therapy Combined with the outstanding photothermal conversion efficiency of gold nanorods (AuNRs), superior biocompatibility of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheets, and strong specificity of lipopolysaccharides aptamer (LPS apt), composite nanorods (MoS2-AuNRs-apt) exhibit excellent therapeutic effects for multidrug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa and excess M1 macrophage in vitro, as well as infectious wounds in vivo.
