摘要
The microwave dielectric properties and sintering conditions of the (1- x )CaTiO 3 – x La(Zn 1/2 Ti 1/2 )O 3 system were investigated for the development of a microwave dielectric material having a high Q · f 0 , moderate ε r and zero τ f . A microwave dielectric material having ε r of 50, Q · f 0 of 38000, and τ f of zero was obtained from the compound 0.5CaTiO 3 –0.5La(Zn 1/2 Ti 1/2 )O 3 . The sintering temperature of compounds decreased with increasing amount of La(Zn 1/2 Ti 1/2 )O 3 and a cooling rate of less than 3° C/min was optimum for obtaining the best Q · f 0 for all compositions tested.
