Pouch of Douglas hernia in a patient on peritoneal dialysis

A 59-year-old woman on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis presented to our center with the complaint of her swollen hip and intermittent vaginal discharge for 2 years. She developed those symptoms after a sudden heave and long squat. These symptoms became worse when she stood or walked and relieved in the supine position.
