By the assistance of single-layer polystyrene (PS) spheres, high-quality CsPbBr $_{\text{3}}$ perovskite nanonet films are fabricated for the construction of flexible, self-powered photodetectors (PDs) with an ITO/SnO $_{\text{2}}$ / CsPbBr $_{\text{3}}$ /carbon structure. The flexible PDs exhibit superior device performances with an ON-OFF ratio of approximately 2.58 $\times$ 10 $^{\text{4}}$ , a linear dynamic range of 102 dB, and responsivity (R) and detectivity (D $^{\ast}$ ) values of 0.15 A/W and 3.70 $\times$ 10 $^{\text{11}}$ Jones, respectively. Moreover, our device displays good light stability and flexible stability after 500 times of bending. These results show a reference value for fabricating stable flexible perovskite PDs.
