摘要
By the assistance of single-layer polystyrene (PS) spheres, high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite nanonet films are fabricated for the construction of flexible, self-powered photodetectors (PDs) with an ITO/SnO2/CsPbBr3/carbon structure. The flexible PDs exhibit superior device performances with an ON- OFF ratio of approximately 2.58 $\times \,\,10^{{4}}$ , a linear dynamic range of 102 dB, and responsivity (R) and detectivity ( $\text{D}^{\ast }$ ) values of 0.15 A/W and 3.70 $\times \,\,10^{{11}}$ Jones, respectively. Moreover, our device displays good light stability and flexible stability after 500 times of bending. These results show a reference value for fabricating stable flexible perovskite PDs.
