Analytic model for organic bulk heterojunction solar cells based on Saha equation for exciton dissociation

The sublinear relationship J sc ∝ P αin for the devices based on m -BTP-PhC6, o -BTP-PhC6 and p -BTP-PhC6 (with α = 0.872, 0.931, and 0.919, respectively) can be well explained by the developed model, and the exciton effect is shown as the key factor.
