摘要
Raju Chetty is presently working as a NIMS post-doctoral researcher at the International Center for Materials Nano Architectonics (MANA), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. He received his bachelor's (2006) and master's degree (2008) from Osmania University, India. He obtained his PhD (2015) from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), India. He worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the National Institute for Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan, and the AGH University of Science and Technology, Poland. His current research focuses on developing suitable contacting layers and TE devices for advanced high-performance thermoelectric materials.Jayachandran Babu is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. He obtained his PhD in materials science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India, in 2022. His research mainly focuses on the design, fabrication, and characterization of thermoelectric devices.Takao Mori is a field director at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in Japan. He is also a professor of the University of Tsukuba Graduate School and elected board member of the International Thermoelectric Society (ITS) and ITS President since July 2023. He is a senior editor of Materials Today Physics, a program manager of JST Mirai Large-scale Program, and is a chair of the 2024 MRS (Materials Research Society) Spring Meeting. He has published over 350 papers, 25 book chapters, and 35 patents. Research interests include development of thermoelectric materials and enhancement principles, magnetism, synthesis and properties of borides, and inorganic materials.
