The process of a three-layer flow in a horizontal infinite channel with solid impermeable walls is modeled. A gas flow containing vapor moves over the one-component liquids of the lower and middle layers. At the thermocapillary interface "liquid-gas" the process of mass transfer is taken into account. The Dufour and Soret effects are taken into account in the upper layer of the system. Mathematical modeling is based on exact solutions of a special form of the Navier-Stokes equations in the Boussinesq approximation. The influence of the thermal load on the solid walls of the channel and the geometry of the flow region on the nature of the process is studied using the system "silicone oil --- water --- air" as an example. Changing the problem parameters can cause a change in the flow regime. Evaporation is replaced by vapor condensation under certain conditions.
