To the Editor: Granulomatous diseases represent a spectrum of cutaneous inflammatory disorders ranging from skin-limited disorders, such as granuloma annulare (GA) and necrobiosis lipoidica, to multiorgan diseases such as sarcoidosis. Recent reports suggest that targeting the Janus kinase (JAK) and signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) pathway may lead to decreased inflammation and disease improvement in granulomatous diseases.
