With the rapid development of numerical control technology, the degree of automation and precision of mechanical processing equipment is getting higher and higher. Hydraulic technology is fully utilized in numerical control machine tools and CNC machining center system. In this paper, the working principle of the hydraulic system of MJ-50 CNC lathe is analyzed in detail, and the common failure phenomenon of the system is analyzed, and the concrete improvement measures are put forward. It is of great significance to reduce and avoid hydraulic failure and is conducive to better and more stable operation of CNC lathe.
