The mutual reflection between objects has always been a difficult problem in three-dimensional shape measurement. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a three-dimensional reconstruction method based on polarization suppression mutual reflection. This method adds a polarization filter in front of each camera and projector. The fringe projection profilometry (FPP) is used for three-dimensional reconstruction, and the polarization filter is rotated clockwise when obtaining the fringe pattern. This method can effectively suppress mutual reflection, remove overlapping phase shift fringes, and obtain the correct absolute phase. The obtained image has high contrast. The more phase information the image retains, the higher the quality of the acquired image is. Therefore, the final three-dimensional reconstruction accuracy of the measured object is improved.
