An investigation of HMI based PLC - PID for automatic quality water distribution system

Drinking water is very important for all to lead their life properly. In this proposed work an effective water distribution system with water rationing, pH control and cleanliness of the water is included with suitable model based control scheme. Three closed loop feedback control schemes are provided individually for all the process. Also additionally the Automatic Theft Identification in the water distribution system is proposed. The feedback control system with optimized PID controller is used by obtaining the mathematical model. For other water rationing, water theft identification and cleanliness a separate algorithm is written and implemented using programmable logic controller with HMI.
