EP08.02-28 Do We Have to Offer Postoperative Radiotherapy in Resected Pathologic N2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Extranodal Extension?

The role of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) in patients with pathologic N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still controversial and indications of PORT are poorly defined. PORT has generally been proposed for patients with extranodal extension (ENE), despite the absence of firm evidence. We tried to compare the effect of PORT according to the presence of ENE in patients with pathologic N2 NSCLC.
