摘要
Ferroptosis is a type of regulated cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation that has received extensive attention in recent years. A growing body of evidence suggests that ferroptosis contributes to the progression of drug-induced liver injury. Therefore, the role and mechanism of ferroptosis in the process of drug-induced liver injury deserve further extensive and in-depth exploration, which will aid in the discovery of novel biomarkers as well as the identification of potential approches of targeting ferroptosis to intervene in drug-induced liver injury.铁死亡是近年来受到广泛关注的一种由铁依赖的脂质过氧化驱动的调节性细胞死亡类型。越来越多的证据表明,铁死亡参与药物性肝损伤进展。铁死亡在药物性肝损伤进程中的作用及其机制值得进一步广泛而深入地探究,这将有助于发现新型药物性肝损伤生物标志物及寻找靶向铁死亡对药物性肝损伤进行干预的潜在手段。.
