摘要
This article proposes a novel current pre-estimation method to solve the delay issues arising from the analog current signal processing circuit (SPC) and the digital execution process, improving the control performance of the sensorless finite control set model predictive current control (FCS-MPCC) strategies used in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. First, the PMSM model used for sensorless FCS-MPCC is established. Then, the mechanisms of the two kinds of delays are detailed and their negative impacts on the FCS-MPCC control performance are explained, especially in the high-speed range. Third, the proposed compensation technique based on three sequential procedures including delay calculation, phase calculation, and current pre-estimation is presented. By using the pre-estimated currents, the sensorless FCS-MPCC strategy with these delays compensated is achieved. Finally, the experiment is conducted on three-phase PMSMs to verify the effectiveness of the proposed compensation and control strategies.
