摘要
A MICROELECTROPHORETIC technique for fractionation of RNA has already been described1. Further work showed that it was necessary to increase the resolution when microisolated RNA was subjected to electrophoresis. Although the fluid consistency of polyacrylamide gels of low percentage prevented their use on a microscale, it was found that polyacrylamide–agarose composite gels2 could be handled on a small scale and that sharp separation of RNA molecules is possible.
