摘要
Abstract The selective dehydrogenative coupling of phenylsilane and alcohols, including primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols, was smoothly catalyzed by bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonato)copper(II) complex to afford the corresponding mono-alkoxysilanes in good-to-high yield after distillation.
