Research progress and prospects of production of protein feed by using distiller's grains

Distiller's grains are the residue generated in the production. Now how to use the distiller's grains as raw material to produce high-protein diet is an important way to reduce the white wine lees discarded to pollute the environment,as well as to make up for our lack of high-protein feed. This paper mainly reviewed on high-protein feed distillers' grains production methods and their advantages and disadvantages,meanwhile,the necessary of establishing industry standards for the production of white high-protein feed by fermentation lees technology in the future were analyzed and discussed.
