摘要
According to different peptide chains forming heterodimer, T lymphocytes can be divided into αβT cells and γδT cells.Unlike αβT cells, γδT cells have unique genetic constitution, surface markers, distribution characteristics, antigen recognition mechanism, immunological function and biological significance.At the present time the mechanism of airway-immune inflammation in bronchial asthma (asthma) has been recognized by most scholars.Although γδT cells are of small amounts, they play an important role in the mechanism of immune inflammation in asthma.This article reviews the distribution, genetic characteristics, immunological functions of γδT cells as well as the mechanisms in asthma.
