摘要
Cesium is currently the popular open source 3D map engine which widely used in 3D WebGIS and other fields. With the promotion of digital village development, the build of village network 3D information system is in full swing. In this paper, we apply 3D model data organization and load scheduling, single tilt photography 3D model and video stream and 3D scene fusion technology to develop a digital village 3D geographic information system based on Cesium open source 3D map engine. Taking Kangle Village, Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, Ningxia as an example, the results show that the real-time frame rate of system visualization is stable at about 35 FPS, which realizes the dynamic scheduling, real-time rendering, viewshed analysis and measurement of village 3D model and lays a foundation for the construction of digital and even smart village.
