Analysis of the Motivation and Effect of HIKVISION's Continuous Equity Incentive

As a state-owned high-tech enterprise, HIKVISION has implemented equity incentives for four consecutive times, which not only alleviates its principal-agent problem, but also plays the role of "golden handcuffs". By analyzing the motivation and effects of HIKVISION's continuous equity incentives, it summarizes the experience and existing problems in the process of implementing equity incentives, in order to provide references for HIKVISION and other companies to implement equity incentives.
