摘要
In article number 1802173, Xiao-Yu Yang and co-workers present a junction of oxygen and titanium vacancies at the amorphous–anatase interface of nanostructured TiO2 for creating what chaos theory describes as the network fabric, which results in a unique n–p electronic transmission and contributes to significant performance in photogeneration current, photocatalysis, and energy storage. It sheds new light on the fundamental aspects of the semiconductor nature.
