Supercapacitors, as a novel energy storage technology, possess an excellent power density compared to batteries but a much lower energy density overall. Because of their special physicochemical characteristics, transition metal sulfides are thought to be viable options for electrode materials in electrochemical capacitors. Herein, we report NiCo2S4/MoS2 micrometer flower arrays by a hydrothermal route. The samples used as cathodes exhibit a capacitance of 2110 F g–1 when a current density of 1 A g–1 is applied. The assembled NiCo2S4/MoS2//AC presents an energy density of 67.275 Wh kg–1 at a power density reaching 2721.23 W kg–1. These devices still work stably even after folding various angles, demonstrating their wide applications in future wearable and portable devices.
