摘要
Objective To develop an efficient method for the analysis of bisphenol A,4-n-octylphenol and 4-Nonylphenol in the water.Methods With liquid-liquid extraction,the target compounds were separated on an XTerra誖RP18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) by using water-methanol(20∶80,V/V) as the mobile phase,detected with fluorescence,the fluorescence excitation.Results The linear ranges of determination were 0.01-0.02 μg/L,the average recoveries were 82.8%-97.8%,relative standard deviations were 1.26%-4.14%.Conclusion The method is applicable to simultaneous determination of bisphenol A,4-n-octylphenol and 4-Nonylphenol in water with simplicity and accuracy in a single injection.
