摘要
The cyclohexane-water extraction technique was used to treat the process wastewater of cyclohexane air oxidation into cyclohexanone.The results showed that the COD value of cyclohexanone process wastewater was decreased from 9 400 mg/L to 1 050 mg/L and the removal rate approached 89% after the cyclohexane extraction utilizing the existing equipments innovated.For a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone plant with the wastewater treatment capacity of 14.5 t/h,the comprehensive energy consumption was 26.075 MJ/t with no vapor consumption in 72 h.The recovery of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol can be 104 t/a as cyclohexane was recycled.
