摘要
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for the caffeic acid in leaves and roots of Herba taraxacum mongolicum,which determined the quantity of caffeic acid.Methods: The chromatographic conditions included Hyper ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffer solution(23∶77).The detection wavelength was at 323 nm.Results: Caffeic acid showed a good linear relation ship at the rang of 0.145 μg~0.726 μg,r = 0.9996.The average recovery rate was 98.3% and RSD was 1.80%.Conclusion: The methods are accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of caffeic acid in leaves and roots of Herba taraxacum mongolicum.
